Our return/refund policy is very simple. Please read the following points to help it understand better.
- The product can be returned within a time span of 7 days from the day you received your order.
- We provide returns, refunds and exchanges if products delivered to you are not as shown in the image or are of a wrong size, color or any other attribute.
- We do not entertain returns on the basis of “change of mind”.
- We do not accept returns for products without a receipt (digital or hard copy) or any other valid proof of your purchase.
- Your product will be delivered within 4-5 working days under usual circumstances. Any other external factor such as weather may cause a delay in deliveries.
- The payment methods include Cash on Delivery Easy Pasa & Bank Transfer options.
- We use a third-party courier service for deliveries. If there are any concerns regarding your delivery, you may contact us at email@example.com
Exchange & Return Policy
An Exchange/Return policy is a policy that is made for the comfort of the customers, it deals with the purpose that if the product received is defective, incorrectly based on size or color can be exchanged/returned. Please go through the following points to have a better understanding.
- Any unused, unwashed, and undamaged article with original packaging and tags will be readily accepted within 7 days from the delivered day of the product.
- Our policy lasts 7 days. If 7 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
- We always make sure to recheck the parcels before dispatching them, still, in case of any issue from our end that is incorrect size/color, we ensure to get the right package delivered to you within 3 days of working without any extra charges.
- No returns/replacements will be entertained on discounted products unless the product is damaged or faulty.
- There will be no refund on shipping charges.
- We do not accept returns/exchanges for products without a receipt (digital or hard copy) or any other valid proof of your purchase.
- No product purchased on sale prices will be exchanged or returned.
- To be eligible for a return / exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. We may refuse returns where it's obvious that the item has been worn, washed or soiled.
- Defective products need not be sent back to us, unless confirmed by the Customer Experience Team. If you have received a defective product, send us images at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will get back to you. Once confirmed by the Customer Experience Team, new product will be provided and shipped the next day itself after confirmed by our team.
- How do the return / exchange process work?
- · You can only apply for a Return / exchange by writing us on email@example.com or contacting our customer support team +92-335-353-1596. Keep your order details like order id / invoice number ready with you while contacting us for a smoother process.
- · Self-Ship: Since we do not have a reverse pick up facility, we request you to self-ship the product to us and share the courier receipt image to us
- How do I self ship the products?
- · Please pack the items securely to prevent any loss or damage during transit. All items must be in unused condition with all original tags attached and packaging intact.
- · On receiving the product at the warehouse, our team will get in touch with you for the refund / exchange process and complete the process within 24-48 hours of the product received.
- PLEASE NOTE:
- 1. We request that you email / whats-app us an image of the courier receipt in order for us to track your return order.
- 2. We request that you do not use Professional Couriers for self return as they are not reliable and the package will not be accepted at the warehouse. Please make sure your courier costs do not exceed the amount stipulated above
- How do I cancel my order?
- 1. For order cancellation, please email us on firstname.lastname@example.org or call +92-335-353-1596 within 24 hours with your order details and your order will be cancelled.
- 2. If your order has already been shipped, we cannot cancel your order then.
- 3. If you want to edit your order we will not be able to change anything once shipped. For changes in the order before it has been shipped, please call us directly on the number (+92-335-353-1596) and we will see if we can work it out for you.
- What are the terms and conditions for exchange / refund?
- · Returns - The product amount will be refunded in your requested account.
- · Exchange – The new product will be dispatched within 24-48 hours after your product is received and confirmed by our team.
- · Cancellations - If the order is cancelled before shipped, the refund will be done to your bank account and will reflect within 7-10 business days. If a cancellation is required after the product is shipped, we will provide a bank refund upon request, after the package reaches back to us.
- · Defective/ Damaged in transit - Once confirmed by the Customer Experience Team the refund will be provided either into your bank account or as a new product will be sent as per your convenience.
- · Wrong/ Missing products - We can either ship out the product(s) (if available in stock at the time) or a refund into the bank account as per your convenience.
